Here’s the “Real” Bio…
My name is Rich Litvin. I’ve been bullied. I’ve been fired. I’ve struggled financially. I’ve felt lonely. I’ve lost loved ones.
I’ve also coached clients who’ve lost children, had life threatening illnesses, had miscarriages, been abused, been assaulted and been through bankruptcy.
But I have also been a leader, a coach and an advisor to high level leaders for almost 30 years. I’ve faced many challenges (in life and business) and I’ve coached many people through life-changing experiences. And I’ve been privy to the secret challenges of elite clients, from Navy Seals to multi-millionaires. (Hint: they have the same challenges as the rest of us!)
Oh, and I’m an introvert at heart who is secretly relieved when plans for a night out are cancelled!
I am an expert at taking high-achievers to the greatest levels of success.
As a lifelong student of human behavior, I have extensively researched this question: How can tiny changes account for radical differences in achievement?
You see, scientific research has demonstrated only a 0.1% difference between the genetic make-up of all humans. So, at the level of high-performance, it is the very tiniest of shifts in perspective that play a huge role in distinguishing the highest of achievers in all areas.
These tiny shifts in perspective have the biggest impact for those who are already achieving and creating close to or at world-class levels.
Coaching is powerful and impactful. And I help my clients make these tiny shifts that change everything.
A high-performer myself, I know there is always a better way.
So I find it, I study it, I refine it. I perfect my craft and continuously enhance my art. I lead from the front. I study, read, research and explore more than my clients, even my most advanced ones. I invest a huge amount of my time, money and energy—and I travel across the globe—as part of my relentless professional and personal development.
But the deepest truth is that I lived most of my life feeling powerless. I could appear confident on the outside whilst totally lacking it deep down, on the inside. And however much I achieved in life, I was envious of those around me who always seemed to create more or bigger or better than I ever could.
Well, it turned out that that old and overwhelming feeling of powerlessness eventually became my gift in working with high performing men and women. You see, I am exceptionally gifted at seeing where other people are powerful—even when they can’t see it for themselves.
My clients do things that few people on the planet can do. They are powerful, passionate and successful, yet whatever is coming next still feels like a really big leap.
Great Leaders are Great Coaches
For most of human history it wasn’t called coaching, it was called leadership. We teach highly successful leaders to become highly successful coaches.
If this sounds like you, let’s talk and explore if working together is a good fit.
