I believe in the power of support. And I believe in investing in the very best support.
In the first six months of this year:
- I worked with two somatic therapists.
- Monique and I worked with an incredible couple’s therapist.
- We had support from a child psychologist/parenting coach.
- I have a personal trainer. At the start of the year I was running 2 miles a day and doing bodywork exercises. Now I’m walking 5 miles a day and going to the gym 3 times a week.
- I’m undertaking Heller bodywork – a series of 11 sessions of deep tissue bodywork and movement education.
- I had a weekend away with my Men’s Group.
- I spent two weeks on the East Coast of the US, learning with one of my mentors.
- I was mentored by the world’s best expert in the field of intuition.
Rumi was a 13th-century Persian poet and scholar. He knew the importance of support because 750 years ago, he wrote:
“Whoever travels without a guide needs 200 years for a 2-hour journey.”
