1. Deep Self Confidence

Far too many coaches have low professional self-esteem. 

Despite years of success behind them in another field, new coaches often show up like complete beginners. That’s a terrible mindset mistake. 

And very few coaches understand how to turn their liabilities into an asset. 

When Marcus tried to convince me that he would struggle compared to most coaches – because he never finished high school and he “only” served in the British Armed Forces and as a Police Officer, rather than working in corporate – I refused to buy into his story.
