9.9 vs 10

If you want dream clients, the solution is simple—but not easy.

You have 3 jobs:

Job #1: Filter for 8s, 9s and 10s out of 10. These are your dream clients. Identify their deepest dreams and their secret fears. Then create ways to make it easy for them to say Hell Yes to you.

Job #2: 7s out of 10. These are people who will seem interesting at first glance but they are not your dream clients. They will drain your time and energy. And ultimately it will always cost you more money, time and energy to coach 7s than it first appears. They will seduce you. They will try to convince you that they are 8s, 9s or 10s. They are not. They are 7s. And you are not allowed to say yes to 7s. You can thank me later.

Job #3: 1-6 out of 10. These are your Hell No’s. Walk away.
