You’ll learn how to cultivate calmness when your nervous system has been hijacked and adrenaline is coursing through your veins. You’ll practice shifting your thoughts and overcoming anxiety in real time.
And all of this will set you up for the next two days of deep, intuitive guidance and coaching.

10:00 am – 4:00 pm – Strap in. This is where the rubber hits the road. Get ready for a day of hot-seat coaching with Monque and I. We will provoke your ideas, mess with your thinking, and challenge your limiting beliefs.
