#2 – Answer these Deep Coaching Questions
It’s your turn to intentionally create the experience you want to have at our upcoming intensive. Take time – quality time, silent time – to answer these questions. They are extremely powerful coaching questions designed to help you literally create your future.
You’ll be joining me in the Old Town area of Tallinn, Estonia’s capital city — a medieval town with a fairytale atmosphere. Tall, 800-year-old city walls, narrow alleyways, and locals in traditional attire. This is going to be an adventure!
Over 3 days you’ll experience the most powerful, impactful, kick-ass, life-changing coaching that you have ever experienced.
- The Deep Dive will have a maximum of 10 participants.
- You’ll experience Deep Coaching in a group setting.
- You’ll have 3 days of Deep Coaching, approximately 10am – 4pm each day.
- You’ll have a group dinner with me one night, and dinner’s on me!
- PLUS – two group calls after the Deep Dive intensive to support you to create traction and momentum

Please make your travel arrangements into Tallinn. There is no preferred hotel for this event.
What to bring:
You’ll want to be sure to bring a notebook for jotting down notes and dress in layers. The average temperature in Tallinn in July is a high of 71°F and a low of 54°F. Be sure to check the weather as we get closer to the Intensive.
The closest airport will be Tallinn Airport (TLL).

As Brené Brown puts it, “Vulnerability is our most accurate measure of courage.” She says, if you take a big step and make yourself vulnerable, then it is pretty likely that the next morning you’ll wake up thinking, “Oh my God! Why did I share that? What was I thinking?”
What we say is that if you don’t feel a vulnerability hangover the next morning, then you probably didn’t go far enough. And, just like life, you get to choose how far you go in sharing with others—privately or in front of the whole group.
