“The Fearless Coaching Intensive” Audio Recording:
You’ll get to be a fly on the wall for a full intensive before you even arrive. You’ll gain valuable insights and will be well prepared to play full out for your intensive experience. A member of my team said when she was listening to an intensive audio recording while driving, an insight was so huge she had to pull over. Maybe I need to add a disclaimer to these: “Do not operate heavy machinery while listening to this audio program.”
The Art of the Proposal: I’m asked one question more than any other by coaches: How do you make a proposal to a coaching client? This video training breaks down the art of transitioning from a powerful coaching session into a powerful proposal that leads to creating a client.
The Art of Fearless Coaching: In this video training, you’ll learn the 18 Key Components of Fearless Coaching, which you can use with both current client and prospective clients. Learn these, practice these, and your clients will thank you. You see, fearless coaching is not magic. But it IS magical in its impact.
How to Coach Someone You Don’t Yet Know — with Power and Impact: When you want to build a business by invitation and referral, you must learn how to make sure the first coaching conversation is a deep and powerful one. So how do you quickly build rapport and trust so the client is willing to open up and be vulnerable with you? Learn the framework in this video training.
“You Had to Be There” Audio Training:
Have you ever had a coaching experience that defies explanation? Or maybe you lead clients in transformational experiences. And their foundation shifts. Which is awesome! But afterwards they feel an avalanche of emotional and energetic chaos. THEY have changed. But the world hasn’t. Know the feeling?
In this audio training, Wendy Costa will teach you the difference between Controlled Entry and Uncontrolled Entry, how to nurture your relationships AND your transformation, and more. You’ll be able to guide your clients through their transformation — and you’ll be able to do all of this for yourself, too – far smoother than you’ve ever imagined.
We have a No Refund Policy for a reason. You see we love people who want to play full out. If you’re in, you’re in. It’s called Commitment. “Hell Yes. Or Hell No”. There is nothing else. And if it turns out that you can’t attend the Intensive in person, your fee can be used as a full credit toward any Intensive provided in the next 12 months.
The “Power of Vulnerability” Policy
Show up to the Intensive ready to hide nothing—and hold nothing back. You will triple the value you get by playing this way. As Brené Brown puts it, “Vulnerability is our most accurate measure of courage.” She says, if you take a big step and make yourself vulnerable, then it is pretty likely that the next morning you’ll wake up thinking, “Oh my God! Why did I share that? What was I thinking?”
What we say is that if you don’t feel a vulnerability hangover the next morning, then you probably didn’t go far enough. And, just like life, you get to choose how far you go in sharing with others—privately or in front of the whole group.
The “200% Responsibility” Policy
Great coaching relationships involve 200% Responsibility. And 200% Responsibility is how we run our Intensives. On our side, we PROMISE you, that we will show up 100%. (That’s me, Rich—and my entire team.) We will hide nothing. We will hold nothing back. We will give you the most powerful, impactful, kick-ass, life changing Intensive that you have ever experienced.
On YOUR side, we REQUIRE you to show up 100%. Hide nothing. Hold nothing back. Take action. Even when you’re afraid. Be vulnerable. Lean into your edge. Take risks. Mess up, screw up, FAIL! Again and again and again. Because more failure is the only guaranteed path to more success.
