I have written every day for the past 10 years. If you like to read, I've got your back - and I promise to challenge your thinking

Do The Opposite…

Imagine the impact you could have if you worked with clients who paid you $100,000. It might sound far-fetched, but as I explain in my upcoming book, $100K Clients: How to Find Them, Coach Them and Keep Them, it’s not only possible but it’s also a pathway to deeper impact and personal growth.

After Tuesday’s newsletter about $100K Clients, a client of mine wrote to me, “Rich, this feels incongruent. On the one hand you care about service and impact, on the other you’re helping coaches to ask for $100K.”

I wrote back, “Remember the subtitle of The Prosperous Coach… I have spent the past 12 years helping coaches to increase their impact and their income.

The top 4% of coaches consistently work with high-performing, high-fee clients. And they use their income not to buy yachts, but for philanthropic ventures, to make even more of a difference in the world.”

I was touched by my client’s reply, “Thanks for the reframe about money and service. Perhaps this is the next stage for me, high performing high fee clients. It’s my edge. I appreciate the nudge to make me think.”

Less than 24 hours later, the same client wrote back, “Clearly I have tension about big money – especially working in social impact and social justice. I projected that on you, for which I apologize and I own.

Your email about $100K coaching coincidentally is also my first $100K month. EVER. 15 years of consulting. First time.”

I was so proud to read this. Within 6 months of our work together, the impact they have is so big they have the potential for a million dollar year. This is a coach who leads global programs for health, education, and civil engagement. They are literally changing the world.

When successful coaches increase their income, it’s often because they’ve massively increased their impact.

I love the work I do. Every time I help a coach succeed, dozens of their clients thrive. And every time I help a successful coach increase their income, it’s because they’ve massively increased their impact.

The ripple effect of our work as coaches is immeasurable. By embracing the possibility of working with high-performing, high-fee clients, we can amplify our impact and create lasting change in the world.

So, I invite you to reflect on your own relationship with money and service.

  1. What impact could you have if you were working with $100K clients?
  2. What beliefs or assumptions do you hold about high-fee clients and the impact you can have? (And what might occur if you held different beliefs?)
  3. How might working with high-performing, high-fee clients align with your values and mission as a coach?

Don’t forget the best way to get $100K Clients is to serve every client as if they’d already paid you $100,000…

The path to deeper impact and personal growth might just surprise you.

Love. Rich

PS. More transparency here: almost 20 years into my coaching career, I still get nervous every time I launch a new program. When the first person signs up, it always feels like a fluke! And it’s only after the second person is in that I believe it’s real.

Well, the first two people have already signed up for The $100K Club, so strap in, we are ready to fly!!

There are now just 13 spots left at the early bird price. They include a gift ticket to my four newest programs (a $3,686 value bonus). Don’t miss this opportunity to join an exclusive group of coaches committed to growth and success.

Great Leaders are Great Coaches

For most of human history it wasn’t called coaching, it was called leadership.
We teach highly successful leaders to become highly successful coaches.

If this sounds like you, let’s talk and explore if working together is a good fit.
