Fear is often a mask for desire. So when Niki told me that she was scared and that her next goal looked impossible, I wasn’t buying it.

You see, I knew that Niki works for the International Red Cross. She’d set up a coaching program for the World Economic Forum. She coaches brilliant leaders. And she’d developed an online campaign that generated millions of dollars.
