About the Litvin's Levels

In all my years working with coaches and throughout the process of writing my book, “The Prosperous Coach,” I’ve come to notice that coaches often struggle to grasp the journey they embark on or whether such a journey even exists. No one has laid out a clear pathway to attaining the highest level of success as a coach. As I delved into writing the book, I couldn’t help but contemplate how this coaching pathway might appear. Thus, I took the initiative to create what I call the Litvin Levels.

What I find truly invaluable about these levels is their insight into the unique challenges that hold individuals back at each stage. They also shed light on the distinctive actions one must take to progress to the next level.

That’s why I’ve created this powerful PDF designed to guide you through each level of your coaching journey. This resource offers valuable insights and actionable steps to propel you forward on your path.

Remember, these Coaching levels do not serve as a rigid, prescribed path. You’re not obligated to transition from one level to the next in a linear fashion. As a lifelong student of human behavior, Rich has extensively researched how the tiniest of shifts in perspective can have the biggest impact on those who are already achieving phenomenal success.
