Varian was a high-level sales executive who did $750 million in sales, during her corporate career. She was driven and she was not afraid to speak her truth to anyone. But what most people never knew was that her drive came from having a son at 17 years old. At that moment, she made a decision to be successful, no matter what, so that he would never want for anything in his life. And what most people never knew is that Varian’s father died when she was just 9 years old. She was devastated. And she made a decision to disconnect emotionally from everyone, so she’d never be hurt again.

It turns out that a combination of drive and a lack of emotion make you a force to be reckoned with in the corporate world.

Varian is a fascinating woman who isn’t afraid to be seen and yet she has worked incredibly hard not to be visible. She has one of the smallest online footprints I have ever seen. And yet her events are sold out a year in advance. Today I draw out Varian’s story to help her see her own power and impact. And to help her become known in a way that she cannot yet imagine…

Love. Rich
