How do you run 100 miles?
I like to run. For thirty minutes. Maybe an hour. For three miles. Seven at a stretch.
My client, Angela, likes to run, too. But her last run was an ultramarathon – about 100 miles, at a 3.5 mile elevation, in the French Alps!
