THE ENERGY IS RISING – Day 1 Of Our Deep Coaching Intensive
Thursday was Day 1 of our Deep Coaching Intensive in London and I could feel the energy rising inside of me as I read through the questionnaires that our 150 participants filled in.
And I had to remember that it was only few short months ago that I began to second guess myself…
Was it a good idea to run an Intensive in England? Would we get many people attending? Would anyone join us from Europe?
As I sat looking at the London skyline on Thursday morning, reading the answers to the questionnaire we sent out, I was blown away because we have people flying in from Australia, Brazil, France, Netherlands, Spain, Bali, South Africa, Hawaii, Belgium, Germany, Jordan, Bahrain, Norway, the Canary Islands and from across the length and breadth of the UK and the USA! Holy moly!!
We are being joined by athletes who’ve won medals in martial arts, entrepreneurs who’ve run 7-figure businesses and Fortune 500 executives who’ve walked away from lucrative careers.
We’ve got attending professional martial artists, social entrepreneurs, early stage employees at top start ups and founders who’ve created multi million dollar exits.
We’ve got coaches who’ve been Police officers and ones who have coached the Police. We have mothers and we have fathers. We have coaches who’ve worked at the United Nations, coaches who are doctors and who are dentists and coaches who have built online businesses. We have artists and singers, management consultants and mechanical engineers. And we have brand new coaches, too.
We have coaches who work with CEOs of multi million dollar companies and a coach whose clients are teenagers who’ve built a 7-figure business!
We even have a coach who trains Navy Seals, a coach who trains world champion martial artists and a coach who works with Olympic athletes.
Did I say Holy moly!!????
On the other side of the equation, one of the questions we ask our participants is “What is the hardest thing in life you’ve had to overcome?”
I’m not going to share these answers publicly but I’ve had tears in my eyes as I’ve read through the challenges so many have faced.
I’m so proud and very humbled to be spending 4 days in the company of such incredible people.
Love. Rich
PS. I’m more than a little nervous for one particular reason about this Intensive—because my Mum and brothers are planning to come along at some point! Imagine your mum coming to watch you at work!!
