The Tiniest Step Changes Everything

There is an old spiritual tradition, that if you change the way act, your emotions will follow.

The medieval principle was “solvitur ambulando”.

“It is solved by walking.”

The Greek philosopher, Diogenes, is reputed to have replied to the argument that motion is unreal by standing up and walking away.

The phrase was also the motto of the Royal Air Force Escaping Society.

And sometimes, just sometimes, the only thing you need to offer a client is a way to be in motion. The TINIEST step changes everything.
