But the most powerful part of this story for me, came later when I was chatting to my friend Sean Stephenson. Sean has brittle bone disease and only ever grew to 3 feet tall. But he’s the smallest, yet most powerful man I know. And over the years we’ve coached and guided one another.
When I shared my story with Sean, he said, “There’s only one difference between you and me, Rich…” That difference is so profound that I haven’t stopped thinking about it, 10 years since that conversation.
