I have written every day for the past 17 years. If you like to read, I've got your back - and I promise to challenge your thinking.

What’s Your ONE Big Thing?

And…what’s your teeniest, tiniest next step?

I am constantly stretching the clients I work with to dream bigger. And that’s no mean feat when you coach extremely talented high performers.

One of my clients has had a billion-dollar valuation of her business, another is currently raising a hundred million dollars to change the future of work, and another has a Ph.D. from one of the top five universities in the world.

In 4PC and at my Deep Dives, I help people dream really big…

Interestingly, dreaming big is the easy part!

You see, after they’ve dreamed big, I have to slow them down.

And I get them to focus on their teeniest, tiniest next step.

Allow me to put my attention on YOU for a moment…

There are approximately 10 weeks until we arrive in the year 2019.

  1. Think of ALL the things you have to complete between now and then, in order to have an amazing end to 2018 and a glorious start to 2019. If you’re like me and my clients, the list is huge!
  2. Now – imagine for a moment – that you were only allowed to focus on ONE THING on that list between now and the new year.
  3. Which ONE THING, if you were to focus on it – to the exclusion of everything else on your list – would it be most likely that you would accomplish all of the other goals on your list, anyway?

That’s it.

Leave a comment and let me know what your ONE THING is.

Love. Rich

Great Leaders are Great Coaches
